ACER TIMELINE X SERIES NOTEBOOKS NOW AVAILABLE IN THE US

The Acer Timeline X series notebooks have finally made their debut in the US. Acer has been selling these machines in other parts of the world for a few months now. The Acer Timeline X consists of several thin and light models with prices starting at $599.99.

The smallest among the bunch is the Acer Aspire Timeline 1830T. This machine has an 11.6 inch display. The base model with a Core i3 CPU, 3GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB HDD costs $599.99. For $699.99 you can get a Core i5 ULV CPU, 4GB of DDR3 memory and 500GB HDD.

The other models that are on offer include the 13.3-inch 3820T, 14-inch 4820T, and the 15.6-inch 5820T.

The Aspire 5820T and the Aspire 4820T notebooks ship with 4GB of RAM, up to 500GB of storage and a built-in optical drive. Prices start at $749.99. The discrete graphics option is available on the Aspire 4820TG which features an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics. This model costs $799.99 with a Core i3 processor, 4GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB hard drive. The Core i5 version with a 500GB hard drive will cost $899.99.

The Aspire 3820T has a 13.3 inch display. It starts at $729.99 and has 4GB of DDR3 memory and a 320GB / 500GB hard drive.
